  • How often are the daily prices updated?

    We update the daily prices every morning. You can also see the latest update date on the daily prices page.

  • Are the prices on the website always accurate?

    Prices are approximate per kilo. The final price depends on quality, composition, sorting, and quantity.

  • Why can the same type of metal be priced differently?

    Because there may be differences in purity, contamination, mix with other materials or the percentage of metal content.

  • Can I get a price estimate in advance?

    Yes. Send a photo via WhatsApp and include the estimated weight. We can often provide a quick estimate.

Delivered, clean and sorted

  • Do I have to deliver my materials clean and sorted?

    That's preferable. Clean and sorted usually yields a better price and ensures faster processing.

  • What do you mean by clean and sorted?

    Clean means as little dirt, plastic, or other non-metallic parts as possible. Sorted means separated by metal type.

  • What if I'm unsure which category something falls into?

    Send a photo via WhatsApp. We'll take a look and advise you on the best course of action.

Widia, tin and other metals

  • What do you mean by Widia hardmetal tungsten?

    These are hard metal components, often used in tools such as drills, milling cutters, and indexable inserts. Also known as tungsten carbide or wolfram carbide.

  • What is the difference between pure tin, 80 percent tin, and 35 percent tin?

    The tin percentage determines the value. Pure tin is the highest, followed by 80 percent, and then a minimum of 35 percent.

  • Do you also accept copper?

    We accept buyers upon request. Send a photo and the estimated weight, and we'll quickly provide an estimate.

  • Do you also accept e-waste?

    We accept e-waste upon request. Send a photo and a brief description, and we'll let you know what's possible.

Appointment, delivery and collection

  • Do I always have to make an appointment?

    We recommend that you do. This way, we can help you faster and you'll know in advance what to expect.

  • Is delivery mandatory?

    We prefer delivery because it's the fastest option. For larger orders, pickup is possible by appointment.

  • How do I make an appointment quickly?

    Calling is the fastest. WhatsApp also works well, especially if you send a photo along with it.
